Would I recommend Lora? Absolutely!!!
My family and I relocated from out of state. Our realtor who sold our old house connected us with Lora and I am so thankful. House searching from out of state wasn’t easy, but Lora was flexible and accommodating through the process which made a huge difference. Aside from making herself available around our schedules, she also drove to Marshfield multiple times simply so we could see a model home for a potential builder via FaceTime. Lora made the entire process of home shopping, dealing with a home builder, inspectors and closing on a new build much less stressful. Her knowledge and expertise really shined when it came to writing up our offers. There are so many small gestures that Lora did throughout the process that I really appreciated and felt like she truly had our best interests and was going above and beyond her duties. One that really stands out was how Lora interacted with our kids and helped entertain them or simply watch them so my husband and I could fully pay attention during certain meetings at the new house. Lora, you are amazing and I would recommend you to any and everyone in the market for a realtor.

I can’t say enough about Lora and the excellent work she did in helping me sell my home! She was dedicated, responsive, very knowledgeable, and got me more than my asking price! She helped me stage my house with lots of inexpensive tips to help feature it for today’s buyer. She walked me through every step of the process and checked in frequently. I would definitely recommend her for all your buying and selling needs.

If you want someone that knows the local markets better than anyone else look no further than Lora. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and willing to walk you through the whole process of buying and selling a home. I always felt comfortable asking questions and she always got back to me in a timely fashion. My biggest recommendation for any new home buyers/sellers is to trust your realtor! I truly loved working with Lora. She was punctual, straight forward and transparent. I was a first time buyer who had no idea what I was getting into. She made everything easy and understandable about the pros and cons of potential purchases. Even at odd hours she was willing to answer any questions I had. I have had the pleasure of working with Lora on a personal and professional level. Lora was my realtor and I have worked with her as a real estate photographer as well. In both settings Lora has always been a complete professional. When I first met her she was taking me through a home in Wausau, WI and she was extremely down to earth and made the experience very comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes immense pride in her work. If you are buying or selling your home you should want Lora on your team. We used Lora’s services last year to obtain our current home in Plover. My wife and I both are 70. Over the years, we have rented and owned a number of properties in multiple states. Without doubt, Lora is the best realtor with whom we ever have worked. She’s personable, knows her stuff and works way harder than we would have expected. Frankly, we wondered (and joked with her about) when she got any sleep … even on weekends. Once we found the property we wanted, it was her specific strategy that landed it for us. Beyond getting to the point of an accepted offer, she worked very hard on our behalf to negotiate through an immense and frustrating barrage of administrative red tape imposed by the seller’s relocation company. The bottom line is that she got the job done in a highly professional and amiable manner. If we ever would end up moving again, she will be the one we call.

Lora is INCREDIBLE. We were extremely picky and took a long time to find our house and she was with us every step of the way. She is extremely responsive any time of day, answers questions clearly, and works tirelessly. She is savvy, detail oriented, and knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and selling. Lora is AMAZING. She got a perfect grasp of what we were looking for and did not rest until she found the perfect home for the perfect price. Then she did incredible things with our house to stage it. I couldn't believe what it looked like when she was done with it. It sold in a flash for over our asking price.
