Lore Reynolds - Hamilton

Lore has been a resident of Nevada County since 1979. She went through school here, got married here, raised her kids here and am now enjoying her grand kids.

Prior to Real Estate she was a Registered Dental Assistant for 22 years. She and her husband were buying and selling real estate, flipping homes and commercial buildings for years, and it just was a natural progression for her to get her license and follow her passion.

She received my Real Estate License in 2012. She and her husband have continued to dabble in the commercial end of real estate by renovating older commercial spaces and keeping them as rentals.

Because of her personal experience Lore feels she has the knack to see potential in properties for buyers as well as the design experience to help sellers stage and get their home ready for market.

Lore has been a top producer, listing agent and selling agent for the last 9 years – consistently in the top five of Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty and the top 20 in the County.

She has made Masters Club 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021. In 2017 she received the staff choice award, #3 Top Selling Agent & was the recipient of the Charles Brock III Community Service Award.
