Loreen Banks-Kendrick came to my property to help me understand the value of it. Not only was she detailed in her walk through but she was honest and compassionate in her break down of all the expenses necessary to bring my property up to market value. She educated me on the importance of the neighborhood and the schools in this area. I now understand it takes a lot more to owning a home than to just sign your name on the dotted line.
