I am a Real Estate broker that started my career in 2000 by doing mortgage loans.

get referrals from clients and friends requesting me to help them with their real estate needs. I decided on 2021 to start working as a real estate agent and as a mortgage broker.
The benefit of working with me is that you do not have to use a realtor and a
loan officer to buy a home, I can help you with the whole process. I can pre-approve you for the loan myself and start showing you houses right away. By helping you with the loan and real estate I can provide you with credits for your closing costs.
If you want to list your house, I will provide excellent marketing and advertising. Open houses every weekend until house is sold, and I'll cross qualify myself every buyer that makes an offer, plus staging credits if required.
