Lori Adrianse

As a realtor for 28 years, Lori’s mission is to facilitate the process of buying and selling real estate, by providing best-in-class service through quality communication and a clear understanding of the current market conditions. Her success comes from consistency in mastering exemplary best practices and the passion she shares for service to others. Her ultimate goal is to serve the community in which she lives, be a valuable resource to her clients, and continue to fulfill hopes and dreams through real estate.

Loris is from Des Moines, attended Lincoln High School, and the University of Arizona. She returned home in the fall of 1992 and obtained her real estate license in January 1993. Her entire real estate career has been with Coldwell Banker, where she appreciates the international connections, and the many resources available for her and her clients. December 2015 - May of 2019 she gained valuable experience as the managing broker of the West Des Moines office for Coldwell Banker. Management was rewarding, but as a true salesperson, she just had to return to listing and selling homes which is where her passion lies.
