For nearly two decades, my husband and I have been visiting Savannah and The Landings, knowing it would eventually become our forever home. Raising our two daughters in Avon Lake, OH, a suburb outside Cleveland, we finally embraced our empty-nest status in 2020, seizing the opportunity to transplant ourselves to this idyllic island. Currently, we are residing in our FOURTH Landings house; we've crafted one from the ground up and managed three remarkable transformations of older properties. And truth be told, our appetite for such ventures remains – there's always another project on the horizon! Our days here are filled with the joy of golfing, the tranquility of marsh sunsets from our deck, and our favorite activity… hosting friends and family.
As for me, my professional journey began in 2005 within the insurance industry, where I honed my skills in quality assurance, particularly in home inspections. Eventually, I became a manager, overseeing a team of over 100 quality assurance professionals. Upon our relocation to The Landings, I transitioned my expertise into home building, collaborating with various builders across multifaceted role,s including project management, construction, renovatio,n, and design.
