Lori was so amazing when I bought my house that I knew she had to list it when it came time to sell. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about my experiences with Lori both times. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient, and she really listens to her clients. Lori takes time to explain everything clearly and answer all your questions. She really knows her stuff and is super insightful about the market. Her marketing materials were gorgeously produced, and her negotiating skills in a tough market were invaluable. If you need to buy or sell a home, make sure you get Lori's expertise and experience your side! Not only will she do a great job for you, but she'll treat your transaction with the same care she would give her own.

Lori was wonderful to work with during our purchasing of a new home. Lori took the time to get to know me and my husband. She was very patient and is a great listener. Lori helped us with every step of the process. I think she understands the industry and is able to work with families to ensure they are purchasing a home that meets their needs. Lori has been helping me and my fiance in our home search for the last several months. We just closed today on a fantastic home! Lori is in large part responsible for that and for our positive feelings toward your C21 Redwood.

From start to finish she was there for us every step of the way 24/7. We are first time homebuyers and Lori began by making sure we were well informed about the process with a presentation and Q&A meeting. She continued to impress during the search process with her professionalism, knowledge of the local market and players, and support whenever we needed it or had questions. Once we were under contract she became somehow even more invaluable by suggesting questions we should be asking the lender, daily follow up on any obstacles, interfacing with the seller, and just being an all around fantastic person.

Lori helped present our house in the best light, thanks to the careful staging she oversaw and beautiful marketing presentation, including professionally produced pictures. She was always available for advice and hand holding and never left us hanging when we needed her help. Since we were by necessity spending a lot of time together, her personable style made the process much more enjoyable. Our house sold sooner than expected for a house in our price range, thanks to her persistence.
