Lori came prepared with a clear plan and strategy. She was able to generate multiple offers and sell our home quickly. She also has a great team working with her, which ensured that everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. Her transaction coordinator, Paige, was wonderful to work with as well. She was prompt, responsive, and always available to answer our questions, which made the entire transaction process feel seamless.

With all of the recent media attention on the industry, it is important to differentiate true professionals from the mass of other so called "realtors". With Lori's background and education, she could have chose any path for her career, but I feel fortunate that representing buyers and sellers was her choice. Technology has provided us with so many tools to ensure we as buyers/sellers can remain educated. But without Lori, I do not believe we would have received as much as we did when selling our home, and I being aligned with her team is the ONLY reason we were able to secure the exact home we wanted in a HIGHLY competitive environment. Lori comes with a team! There is never a time when you are alone, and even for last minute needs one of her tenured team members was there to assist a moments notice. In addition to this, her connections with social media specialists, photographers, design/staging companies, contractors, finance professionals and lawyers; all lived up to the high standards she sets for her own business. We were actively looking for over 16 months, searching for the "unicorn" home. Lori and her team showed us many listings over that timeframe and truly understood what we were looking for. We retained Lori to sell our home for two reasons... her familiarity with Naperville and the success stories that she reiterated with her mailings on many successful closings over the years. From the first day of putting our trust with Lori and her team to sell our home, we were amazed at the confidence level and knowledge of the entire teamand the personal touch that they brought with them. We were very impressed with their processes and also with the reassured way they went about the process of selling our home. Lori Johanneson has been both an effective and pleasant Real Estate Broker who has delivered. We signed up with her on May 19, 2024 to sell our home in North Naperville. And, we had a buyer/seller approved sale contract on June 3rd, 2024. Of course, the actual closing took a few more weeks, but at that time, the attorney is mostly involved rather than the agent.

A lot happens between signing up and the sale, which is where Lori came through. She had an already organized team: Stager to give us very specific updates to the home. There was also a person exclusively managing the scheduled interactions with both her team and potential buyer showings, including the Open House. They use a easy to use phone based app. Above all, Lori was only a phone call away to guide us and answer our questions. Team effort to get through the hectic few weeks.

I would recommend Lori to list a house based our positive experience. I feel she would bring similar skills to the table if you wanted to buy a house too.

Lori did an outstanding job finding us our new home in Naperville, IL. We were an out of state corporate relocation and knew nothing about the area we were moving to. We also only had 2 visits to find a home. She took the time to listen to what we wanted in our next home and neighborhoods. She was very organized when we visited both times. All viewings were scheduled and she had all the details for us. She was a great negotiator and advisor on the values of the properties we looked at.
