Lori king was our realtor and she was awesome, we were probably the hardest people to work with since me and my wife kinda didn’t realy know what we wanted and she ended up showing us almost 20 houses but Lori stayed with us through the whole thing and helped us out even answering questions we had and offering suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of and recommend her highly to anyone looking for their next property

I have never owned a home and didn't know anything about buying one, how to go about doing so or if I could for that matter.i I needed a plan. After weeks of looking for a new place residence, I still had not been able to find a place to rent, let alone buy. I was exhausted! Every site I got on would charge you a dollar to see the property you were interested in, which was okay. But if you click on that dollar further down in additon to that dollar you will be charged $29.00 or more on a monthly basis to keep receiving pic's of property. So instead of finding a place to live you would be acquiring a bill! Because you are not guaranteed to find anything if you click in and agree. I never did! I was exhausted! I bowed my head in prayer. Refusing to give up I googled The Best Realtors in Birmingham.Lori King's name was on that page.I called the number.i told her what I was looking for and what I was able to afford. After giving her my information I held my breath. Her response was : My name is Lori King. My goal as an agent is to get families into homes they can own. With the amount you are going to spend you don't have to rent you can own! And I'm going to show you how to do that. And she did ! I needed a plan and I got one! I haven't moved into my new home yet but with the help of this "rising star"in the world of real estate Lori King ,I will be soon! Dedication, Compassion. It's something you don't see enough of in the professional world today.'To EACH His own". Everyone seems to cordially do their job,.take the money an keep going. (Year later) Ms King helped me in the past and I was so impressed that I kept her number. When it came time for me to start looking for my own home, I was thrilled to work with her again. She did not disappoint! I am in a wheelchair and get in and out of some homes was difficult, but Ms King roll up her sleeves and helped however she could. Even after closing she was there helping me find contractors for a ramp and always offered great advice. I’m so thankful that I kept her number, and I got to work with her again! We sold our home of 33 years to fulfill a life long dream to buy property and build our forever home. I do not know how many dozens of realtors we googled and researched. Stumbled across Lori King, immediately was drawn to not only her experience in real estate, but that she specialized in "complicated" land transactions. LOL. We weren't planning our search and purchase to be complicated, but were interested to talk with Lori. So we called. We discussed what we were looking for and where. By the weeks end, she had set up a tour of many properties to go visit. She gave us her input on certain properties-- good & bad. Lori was always professional and prompt in getting back with us regarding any questions we had during this process. She is highly experienced in just about all real estate sales. She continues to help us now, even though we have closed on our property. She has given information we needed to have in order to get our land registered for tax purposes. Lori King did an awesome job helping us sell our old house and buy our new one!

In the purchase, the house had three owners due to an inheritance. So she had to mediate between myself and all three owners, all of which said and wanted different things. By the time it was done, they came off the asking price by 16k!

In the sell of our old house, the listing had hundreds of views and we received multiple offers at the same time. She negotiated and basically had them bid against each other. The resulting offer was HIGHER than asking price!

Could not ask for a better agent. Fantastic at marketing, mitigating issues, and negotiation!
