I met Lori because I was looking at parcel of land in Littleton, NH and she was the listing agent. I didn’t end up buying the land but I was so impressed by Lori that I hired her as my buyers agent to help me find a house with land attached. Thankfully, Lori was there through a fluke experience where the owner of the property for which I put in an offer for, passed away the day (literally one day) prior to closing. She was supportive, honest, responsive (at all times of the day and night), and consistent throughout the probate process which took three months. She counseled me through my disappointment and never got frustrated with me when I asked for updates, unlike many realtors I have dealt with in the past. She has been phenomenal and I will surely work with her in the future. I would recommend her to anyone. In a world of mediocre realtors, Lori cares, works hard, and gets the customer what they want (not what she wants). Thank you Lori for helping me get into my dream home.

Lori Lachance did a fantastic job representing us for the sale of our house. She has a good-hearted, down-to-earth personality that compliments the professional and ethical manner with which she conducts business.

In our case, Lori demonstrated considerable patience with our many questions, concerns, and changes. She responded to our calls/messages/emails in a timely manner, maintaining a level of communication highly desirable throughout the process.

At each step - consulting, listing, showing, negotiating offers, and finally, to closing - Lori was there. She facilitated the sale of our house and navigated the way through with us, going above and beyond with time and effort.

Comments made to us from others involved in the process revealed that our sale went as quickly and as smoothly as any of them had ever witnessed, directly attributable to Lori’s handling of matters involved.

I was selling a house 1800 miles from where I live and I chose Lori because I knew her from the time I lived in NH and was confident she’d help me in knowing all I needed to know, even living so far away. Lori Lachance has great hustle. Having long been skeptical of the real estate business I have always sold property myself. Being short of time I hired Lori to sell a house and did she ever. Within I think three days she had the house under contract. A number of issues arose and she jumped on each one - very effectively - solving them and moving forward. Lori kept me totally informed as things progress to the closing and got it done smoothly and with great good cheer. It was a real pleasure to work with her.

She was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions( being our first go around we has ALOT) and was able to us into our dream home even, with all of the challenges that came with COVID -19. I highly recommend choosing Lori as your realtor if you are selling or looking to buy property. My husband and I sold our property which was over 2 hours from where we live. She was easy to work with via email and phone, very responsive, friendly, and professional. She is exactly what you want for a Realtor, she knows the area and the market..
