Lori gave us advice to help the house show good. We took her advice. I think our home was shown about fourteen times the first day. We had five offers at the end of the first day! The property was under contract that evening. We ended up with a back up contract as well. Lori did a great job of keeping us abreast at all times throughout the process! My husband and I began working with Lori when we lived in another state. Because of tight covid restrictions, we had made several trips to look at potential retirement home sites in Brunswick County, NC.
Lori was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to accurately gauge what we wanted in a house as well as which communities we would be more comfortable in.
Lori would send us listings when we were at home in Virginia so that we didn't waste any time when we were in NC to house hunt. Some days she showed us 5 homes!

We've dealt with several real estate agents over the years, both personally and professionally. Lori is by far one of if not THE best we've ever dealt with. Lori has gone over and above anything imaginably necessary in order to help us find the perfect property in a competitive market. When we first started looking, we contacted several agents with listings that interested us. Lori was the only agent to send us regular market updates and new listings.
