I explained to her that I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what i was doing. From there, she took over. She took me through a step by step process of everything that I needed to know. She even provided a list of inspectors that are known to do a great job. She never pressured me into anything I didn't want. (which was great!) She worked day and night for me. She would give me updates regularly. I would not want anyone else to be my relator. She did an AWESOME job and never let me down! We finally found our perfect home thanks to her! I can't thank her enough!

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Lori does an amazing job and I have quite frankly never had such a great experience dealing with a realtor. She listened to everything we wanted in our new home, only showed properties that fit our criteria and budget and never made us wait on her or feel as if we were wasting her time! She really cares about her clients and is very prompt getting back to you. Such a great experience overall!! You won't find a better realtor than Lori Waner!

Our home sold very quickly after it officially went on the market and Lori made the process flow very smoothly. Thanks Lori for all your hard work! While our house was on the market, she worked around our schedules to show us our possible dream home. We found three homes that were contenders but there were various things that did not meet our exact needs and the sellers would not come down in price so on her advice we reluctantly walked away. We found out months later, the sellers wound up selling their homes for less than we had originally offered. These homes were priced above their actual value showing Lori not only knows the value of a home but tries to save you money. The home we wound up buying was a perfect fit for our family - and meets all our wants and needs. Thanks Lori for being so patient with us and helping us find our dream home.

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: Best experience we've ever had with a realtor! We are a military family, and we move quite frequently. We have worked with several realtors in several states to both buy and sell homes. We can honestly say that Lori goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are satisfied. Lori spent many hours with us touring different homes in the area, and she helped us find the home of our dreams. She was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails, and she even helped us put an offer in on our new home during her Thanksgiving holiday. Lori was there for us every step of the way as we went through the purchasing process on our home. She was wonderful when it came to negotiating with the sellers, and she always kept our best interests in mind.
