Lori Yaniscavitch

Lori is an agent with Coastal Properties Group International. After attending Chattanooga State College with a major in Graphic Design, she began her career as a developer of sports games for Sports Illustrated and IBM. Following that, she was Art Director for Heil Trailer International, where she worked for seven years, and then specialized in Graphic Design and Marketing for Roadtec. After more than 20 years in product development, presentation and marketing, Lori found a career shift to real estate was a natural progression. In 2005, she became a licensed Realtor and joined Century 21 in Pinellas County, specializing in luxury and waterfront homes and condominiums. Applying her fresh approach, creativity and marketing expertise to each client scenario and transaction has made Lori stand out from her peers. She consistently has been recognized as the top producing agent in her office and ranked #10 in the region, selling more than $10 million in 2008. In South Pinellas County that year, she ranked in the top 20, out of thousands of real estate agents. Lori lives in Belleair Beach, FL.
