Lorie Raney

Lorie Raney manages the Brokerage and Marketing divisions of Pinnacle Real Estate. Lorie is directly involved in the evaluations, acquisitions, and sales of commercial and residential properties and in recruiting new equity investment partners. Lorie started her real estate career in 1985 while attending The University of Texas. She was employed by an Austin developer to lease and sell properties in the University area and Central Austin markets. Being a native of Austin, Lorie’s knowledge of the Austin and Central Texas areas enhances her ability to advise her clients with invaluable information. In 1988, Lorie started her own real estate sales, leasing, and management Company providing services to the University and Central Austin area owners. After 5 years of successful service, she decided to join Philip Raney and form Pinnacle Real Estate and Management Co., Inc. Lorie has consulted and brokered transactions totaling over $100 million and is often consulted by her peers in the real estate industry for her professional and direct opinion on prospective investments. With over 35 years of experience, Lorie has proven her ability to locate and evaluate investment properties that are both profitable and sustainable in the Austin and Central Texas areas. Lorie is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors, the Austin Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, and the Austin Multiple Listing Service.
