I HIGHLY recommend Lorraine due to her GET IT DONE attitude and her PROFESSIONALISM. Along with the ability to reach her anytime with questions or concerns. Lorraine is simply amazing! I was looking to sell my mother’s home after she passed. Even though Lorraine is based out of Naples, Florida she went well beyond in finding a realtor for me to work with in the Clermont Florida area. She helped me in every aspect and facilitated the process for me in such a difficult time. Lorraine followed up consistently during the whole process. Her countless resources included recommendations for estate sales persons as well. Lorraine is both professional and was very empathetic to my situation. The Lorraine Carlone team recently sold my husband and I our beautiful home . I would honestly say that with this market it was challenging finding the inventory that met our budget , and of course the availability was very limited, however she did find us our perfect home , She was very diligent in doing so . She negotiated back and forth endlessly with the other realtor until the day we closed. We both are very grateful for all of her hard work and dedication to us! Thank you Lorraine and Monquie, if both of you could get this deal done you are considered Superwomen in my eyes, any clients would be lucky to have you both !

Lorraine was so much more than a real estate agent. She made a cross-country home purchase (CA to FL) easy by leveraging her experience and resources. She is not only extremely knowledgeable about the area she represents clients in (she grew up in Naples!), she understands construction (huge bonus if you plan renovations) and has built a great network of resources in the Naples area.
