Living in historic Georgetown since 2016 has given me a real appreciation for its unique character and for the many different communities across the wider Washington region.

Because Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia are so closely connected, buyers often benefit from considering opportunities across all three areas. I enjoy helping clients compare neighbourhoods, lifestyles and practical considerations so they can find the right home, not just the right house.

Before moving into real estate, I worked as a teacher, specialist dyslexia practitioner, diagnostic assessor and literacy consultant. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, explain complicated information clearly and give people the confidence to make important decisions.

Having also moved many times myself, including more than 21 years as part of a UK service family community, I understand both the practical and emotional challenges of relocating.
