Lorraine spent several days with me on different occasions when I drove out to property-hunt. I lost count of how many properties we looked at, but there were many and they were diverse. During those trips, Lorraine took the time to get to know me and to get a feel for which properties I would find suitable. Finally, after several months and several trips, I found a suitable property. Lorraine was very patient as I navigated the process which was very different than the process in my home state. Even after closing, Lorraine helped me make some contacts to get work done and even checked on the property for me while I was back home settling matters and packing to move. Lorraine really understands the people component of her business and that was very important to me during this transition. (Beth and Craig) When we learned we were going to have to relocate to either Warren, Pa area or Falconer and surrounding Ny area Lorraine was amazing! The realtor on the Pa side did not listen to any of our needs and wanted to show us only houses in town. I picked her office as it looked cute and homey and not like a commercial realtor office.I remember calling and asking her to show us what NY had to offer as Pa just wasn't delivering what we needed and did they ever deliver!!! I wanted the one on one personal relationship focusing on my needs and not the sale! They did just that. They kept in mind our budget, never pushed something on us we did not want to see or out of our budget , but were also down to earth and were very easy to communicate with through the whole process! I highly reccomend her office to anyone looking to buy real estate in the Falconer and surrounding area! They will go way beyond what one expects with a realtor and you won't be dissapointed!!!!!! And the fact they found us a house so we can fish off the dock every night in the summer is a HUGE added bonus that we were not looking for and she knew we would love as we are an avid fishing family!!!!!!!!!!
