Lorraine Miranda, our Broker of Record, has 20 years of experience in real estate and 15 years in digital marketing. Lorraine received her Bachelor’s in Marketing-Management from Penn State University World Campus. She strongly believes in charity, education, and promoting Realtors to success in a diverse, inclusive work culture.
She has remarkable experience in residential and commercial real estate and carries on her family’s tradition as third generation Broker of Record local to Philadelphia. Lorraine, her mother “Pat Dugan,” and her grandfather “Bill Dugan” have all successfully received their Broker of Record licenses. Collectively Lorraine’s family has 65 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate in Philadelphia. This generational experience provides Lorraine with a unique insight into the modern marketplace. Originally “Dugan Real Estate,” Lorraine re-imagined the company name to form “Bally Gwynedd Realty.” Effectively, we have proudly moved the market since 1980.
During the last decade, Lorraine has passionately transformed our processes, systems, and marketing to match the challenges and many advancements of the digital age, all while upholding time-honored real estate practices and our commitment to excellence.
Lorraine’s goals have evolved to secure a cloud-based, streamlined, simple system to assure our Realtors’ success in real estate. We also have a new custom-built luxury website and as well as a new office location in Doylestown. We differentiate from the traditional Brokerage and offer modern cloud-based technology to ensure your business is soaring in today’s challenging marketplace. At the same time, we hold to old-fashioned values and promote public trust in our Realtors; we boast an advanced digital workplace with collaborative tools to train and significantly improve efficiency for real estate brokers and agents through a fully-immersive, cloud office environment.
Lorraine also speaks French and English fluently. She enjoyed private high school at Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, Pa, and studied at the University of Liege, Belgium, for several years. Her positivism, leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and driven personality make her an irreplaceable force in our company.
