Lori made the home buying experience much less stressful then I expected. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me each step of the way. Lori explained everything in way that is easy to understand.. She is very knowledgeable and managed everything so smoothly and efficiently from the beginning to closing. She handled each step of the homebuying process in a thorough and professional manner. Her personable approach made it a less overwhelming process. Lorri (and Crystal) was an absolute delight to work with, as I recently worked with them to buy a house. They understand the market very well and were very patient in looking at multiple houses with me. Lorri's upbeat mood really helped keep my spirits up and she was not shy in pointing out key problems with certain houses, thus avoiding a "bad buy". I would heartily recommend both of them!
