We chose Lorrie to help us sell our home because other realtors seemed want to deliberately underprice it for a faster sale. Lorrie considered what comps there were and agreed that we could list for more. Two weeks later we were under contract for $25k more than any other realtor wanted to list it, and the appraiser agreed with the higher value. The closing had some logistical contingencies that were a little hard to navigate for me, a first-time seller, but Lorrie guided us through and made sure everything was done right and on time. I’d really recommend considering her, whether you’re a seller or buyer, because she will represent you and your interests clearly and well.

My experiance with Lorrie was wonderful. She was able to show me houses at so many different price levels. I wasn't the easiest customer since I really had no specific house or area I was looking at. My price range was $50,000 to $300,000 and I was looking in 3 different states. After all the searching and my looking and rejecting she finally found the house for me and I'm very pleased. She was such a help with the process and even got my utilities switched over and hooked up while we were closing on the house. I couldn't have had a better experiance.
