Louisa Gilson

A native to the D.C. metropolitan area, Louisa is licensed to practice real estate in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland. She has lived in Arlington and Fairfax for most of her life and has spent time working in Washington, D.C., including on Capitol Hill. Louisa began her career in real estate when she was twenty-four, and she uses her homegrown knowledge of and passion for Northern Virginia and the D.C. metro area to help each of her clients meet their distinct goals. Louisa’s mission is to be there for her clients at every step of the way—always ensuring she provides timely updates throughout the real estate process.

Louisa specializes in working with US government employees, including those who are already local and those who are relocating for the government. Louisa can personally assist clients whose agencies are located in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and she can help connect clients to a strong network of agents in any part of the country.
