Louise Doing

Originally from New York, Louise and her family have been residents of the Raleigh area since 2000, and she commenced her Real Estate career here in 2003. Louise has a history of relocating, first as part of a military family during her upbringing and later for her husband's job with IBM. Additionally, she has undertaken multiple home remodeling projects, highlighting a keen vision for transforming homes. Her skills and experience in this realm assist her Buyers in understanding necessary repairs and potential changes.

On the Listing side, Louise takes pleasure in aiding Sellers in preparing their homes for sale. She offers staging and organizing advice to ensure properties are sold at the best possible price in the shortest amount of time. Continually expanding her Real Estate education and knowledge, Louise has earned designations, all geared towards serving her clients' needs effectively.

Active in her Homeowners Association, Louise has served as past Vice President, Social Chair, and currently holds the position of Architectural Chair. Outside of her professional commitments, she volunteers in schools, working with both Gifted Children and those performing below grade level.

Louise also finds joy in introducing newcomers to the Triangle area, emphasizing the strong sense of community with a small-town feel and the availability of big-city events and activities. A fervent college basketball enthusiast, she appreciates the presence of three excellent local teams in the area. However, Louise confesses to being a Syracuse University fan at heart.
