Lourdes Fernando

Born and raised in the Bay Area Lourdes had a desire to serve her community and joined the California Army National Guard at seventeen. She was hand selected to represent the Army National Guard and placed on a travel team working in 43 different states. Lourdes had the privilege to interact with different cultures, try homemade food, and experienced local communities. After completing 11 years in the Army National Guard, Lourdes married her husband who is currently Active Duty. Together they purchased their first home in Washington using the VA home loan which ignited her interest in real estate. Currently stationed in Chicago, they purchased their second home using the VA home benefits.

Lourdes obtained her Master's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School. She then studied residential redevelopment becoming knowledgeable with local markets and investment strategies. Now she brings her sharp attention to detail and passion to help buyer find their new house and sellers get the most value for their home.
