Luba Muzichenko is a San Francisco real estate expert with two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers make smarter decisions in The City. Based in the Inner Richmond, she leads the Luba Muzichenko Group at City Real Estate, advising first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, and luxury clients throughout San Francisco.
Born in what is now Ukraine and brought to San Francisco at age two, Luba grew up in the Richmond District and has spent nearly her entire life in The City. Before real estate, she built a career in hospitality that shaped the concierge-level service and attention to detail her clients know today.
Her approach has always been straightforward. Luba believes clients deserve an advisor who is willing to point out risks, challenge assumptions, and sometimes recommend walking away from a property. Long-term outcomes matter more than winning any individual deal. She tells clients what not to buy as readily as she helps them compete for the right home.
Luba holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, is a graduate of Ninja Selling, and is a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio International, LUXESF, the Top Agent Network, and Mensa. She also serves on the board of Beyond Rescue, a foster-based San Francisco dog rescue.
