Lucas Hudson was the MVP through the whole process of finding my first house. I went to him through recommendation of a friend, and he did not disappoint! I had never been through the process of finding/buying a house before, and he was very patient with my lack of knowledge. He worked very hard to get me scheduled quickly for viewing to give me the best chance of getting my offer in! Not only was Lucas a good realtor, he was a good person who I consider a friend!

I moved to Smyrna from Carrollton, GA. Such a move was a major decision, but I needed to be closer to family. Lucas Hudson is a friend of my son and his family, but he was a wonderful, informative realtor regardless of that relationship. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a variety of choices before we found my forever home. I am extremely pleased with the location and the quality of my house. As a first time home buyer my husband and I knew almost nothing about the process. That made it extremely intimidating. We went through 2-3 other people who left us feeling just simply not good. When we linked up with Lucas everything was so easy ( and fun)! He was able to work around our schedule, answer any questions almost immediately, and was so kind to us in the process. We never felt overwhelmed, in the dark, or stressed. Highly recommend him to anyone that is in the market for all things real estate. However, it has been kind of fun talking to people who didn’t use Lucas and seeing just how amazing and talented he is! We definitely have gotten the better deals and experiences when comparing 😉

Our experience with Lucas Hutson with Southern Life Realty was nothing short of amazing. I cannot say enough about him. He is 100% responsive, professional, and truly cared about our home purchase experience. We went through a difficult house hunt to say the least and Lucas was with us every step of the way. He ensured we got showings to every house we wanted to see. He also assisted us through our financing process which was a huge help because he advocated on our behalf with our lender who was not meeting deadlines. If it weren't for Lucas' diligence I am completely sure we would have lost our house because the lender was moving too slowly. Lucas is very dedicated to his profession and because of him my husband and I have a dream home. Thank you Lucas !! We appreciate you so much!!!

If you are looking for an agent to help you find your next home and not sell you one, then Lucas is the agent for you. Lucas does a great job of letting his clients lead their search while always giving honest advice. We never felt pressured or rushed in finding our home. His advice on area, market, future sales was very helpful. Lucas is a great communicator and will fight to make sure you get everything you have asked for.
