About Lucas

Lucas Marsh is an aspiring young real estate agent that has gained valuable experience from watching his family in action. He is the son of Marsha and Greg Marsh with brothers and fellow real estate agents, Laban, and Levi Marsh.

Lucas graduated from McDowell High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA. Having watched his parents and brothers not only establish their own business but also become industry leaders, Lucas made the decision to follow suit and become a licensed REALTOR®. Lucas’s interest was sparked when he purchased an investment property with his brother several years ago.

Today, Lucas joins the ranks of fifty agents who share the Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services philosophy. Providing outstanding service and undivided attention to his clients has put Lucas on the fast track to becoming an accomplished and well recognized agent.

Lucas appreciates all that Erie County has to offer and is knowledgeable about outlying communities from Corry and Northeast to Millcreek, Fairview and everywhere in between. He is proficient in a broad range of residential properties including starter homes, lake front estates and subdivisions, and he has a keen eye for affordable yet profitable investment properties.

Lucas and his wife Nicole have two children, Alexis and Landon. As a devoted family-oriented person, Lucas maintains strong family values and believes in challenging work, honesty, and patience. With his busy schedule, Lucas finds little free time but when he has the opportunity, he enjoys hitting the links with family and friends.
