Lucas B. Piatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Piatt Companies and Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. After over 25 years in development, real estate, and leadership, Lucas artfully blends his professional experience with his passions to bring innovative projects to life. He oversees a portfolio of over $1 billion in revitalization projects throughout Western Pennsylvania, having invested over $500 million in the redevelopment of Downtown Pittsburgh over the past 20 years. Lucas is a respected industry leader who values partnerships to create world-class, luxury experiences for everyone in Pittsburgh.

Lucas is active in the Western Pennsylvania community, lending his support and leadership to a variety of organizations committed to strengthening our communities like the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Point Park University, Pittsburgh Film Office, the Alzheimer’s Association and more. He is the founder and leader of the Piatt Family Foundation’s Rock, Reggae and Relief festival that raises money for local nonprofit organizations. He has received several awards and accolades throughout his career.

Lucas is passionate about creating spaces and places for the next season of growth for Pittsburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys live music, traveling, great food, and great experiences with his wife Renee and two children.
