Lucena is very knowledgeable and highly experienced in all aspects of buying a home. I encountered many challenges in the financing and purchase of our beautiful home in Kau. Lucena handled them all with true professionalism and amazing hard work and perseverance. She truly did go far beyond the call of duty in some very perplexing problems. In addition, she is very personable and easy to work with. She is very involved in the local communities of the big island and understands, the local ways.
