I’m Lucia (Lucy) Eich, a full-time real estate advisor serving Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, and the surrounding areas. I live here with my husband, an Army veteran, our three rescue dogs, and our blended family of two adult children. Before real estate, I spent years in retail management, where I honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service—tools that now allow me to guide buyers and sellers with clarity, confidence, and care. With a background in home improvement and a hands-on approach, I’m especially skilled at helping sellers prepare their homes for the market and advising buyers through every step of the process.
I’m also proud to give back to the community. I actively volunteer with local dog rescues and sponsor adoption fees with each home I sell. For me, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and making a difference.
