Lucia Jason and Alex Myers were an absolutely amazing team for us. If they have other clients, I could not tell you. They treated us like we were their top priority. There are many aspects that make me believe that there is not better service in the industry, I'll dive into each.

Lucia and Alex truly are a duo. We were never shoved off to one because the other was busy. Both were always present, always ready to help and having two pairs of eyes for each house tour provided extra feedback that I felt was invaluable.

Lucia's work ethic is unmatched. I'm not convinced that she sleeps. She truly represents her clients as if they are her family. There were situations where we were asking for unreasonable things and she did absolutely everything in her power to get it done. And she did get it done. I think miracle worker is an appropriate description.

One of Lucia's huge draws is her network. Before closing, she has multiple lenders that she works closely with. This allows her to pit lenders against each other on your behalf. She also has inspectors that can be called in quick enough to get an inspection before offers are due. After closing, her network grows even larger. She recommended us movers, carpet cleaners, home warranties, painters, etc. Having her represent and support us even after closing makes things so much easier, especially as first time home buyers.

Lucia represents you and only you. Never once did I feel like her advice was to benefit anyone but me. I am sometimes wary of realtor recommendations and I like to be sure that my best interests are the priority. That was truly the case with Lucia. We went with one of her lenders because they provided the best service and no one could beat their rate. We reached out to multiple lenders not affiliated with Lucia, but her recommendation won out.

Lucia has a system built off of her knowledge and experience. As a first time home buyer, she was able to explain everything that I needed to know and then some. I never felt in the dark and if I was ever confused, her explanations always changed that. She said when we initially met her that she can get us what we went as long as we trust her process and that was true. She will tell you if you need to make adjustments to your offer or expectations. But she will only recommend that if there is not another way and she's confident that it is a good idea for you as the client. She is honest and will be realistic with you, which I appreciate as a buyer. And if you decide to stick with something unrealistic, she will try her hardest to make it happen.

Lucia knows how to interact with other agents. This may be the most important point and why she is so good at getting offers accepted. She established a relationship with the agent, if she does not already have an existing relationship (she usually already does). Agents are aware that she does great work and is good to work with, which makes them confident in any offer submitted by her clients. She is also able to get information from the seller on what the offer price should be at, when a decision will be made and what the seller is looking for in an offer. Agents like to speak in code, they'll never give you exact information. Lucia speaks that language so we always knew what we would need to offer to be competitive.

Lucia treats you like family. Lucia had an estate sale after our offer was accepted, and not only did she invite us, she gave us a VIP experience. Touring with Lucia and Alex was actually very fun. It felt like a genuine friendship and not just a client/agent interaction. Of course she did everything that she needed to do as the agent and was always professional.

Our first offer was accepted and we could not be more happy. Even if it took longer, we always felt like we were in good hands. I do not believe that we could have received better representation anywhere else.

My husband and I don't know where we'd be without Lucia Jason! Lucia is an absolutely phenomenal realtor and person, and we are beyond grateful to her for the incredible amounts of dedicated and selfless expertise, time, and energy she shared to guide us through our first home purchase experience and to help us land our dream home in Reston.

Lucia made our first home purchase experience an incredible and enjoyable one from start to finish - even going out of her way to help us navigate our first months as homeowners AFTER purchase by equipping us with top contacts (amazing cleaners, contractors, electricians, etc.) and answering any questions we had. Lucia is such a genuinely kind person and was so dedicated to our home purchase process, treating us like family, that we felt like we were her only clients. We truly had a leg up on the competition with Lucia's deep connections, understanding of the market, and negotiation skills.

There was never a time we did not feel consistently supported and equipped with professional knowledge by Lucia - whether it was lightning speed response times and ensuring we were always cared for and provided with detailed explanations regarding the process. We felt incredibly confident in our decisions and in navigating our way through the difficult market due to our trust in Lucia and the support, advocacy, and respect she gave us. She even helped set us up with the best possible loan on the market.
