This is the easiest review I’ve ever had to leave. Luda is an absolute rockstar. My fiancé and I have been house hunting for several months and we’re previously working with another realtor and let me just say it was a night and day difference. This was my first time selling a property, and I’m so happy I had Luda to help me through it. I had a lot of questions along the way, and she was always happy to answer them and explain all of my options. She always made sure that I was happy and comfortable with how things were being done. She’s responsive and made sure everything was being done efficiently and timely. You can tell that she really cares about making sure her clients are happy with the end result, and will go the extra mile to make that happen. And I was definitely happy! We were able to close on the sale of my condo just 3 weeks after it went to “Coming soon” and for a great deal. I couldn’t be happier with how the whole process went. I highly recommend Luda!

As a first time home buyer, she made the process smooth! I was initially househunting on a whim and I met Luda at an open house and just really liked her personality. I was able to tell her what I was looking for and she found those specific homes and showed me what was available. I love how she never let time pass and was working within my timeline. When it came to the paperwork she had it covered to the “T” She was readable available with any and all questions.

I can honestly say if it was for Luda I wouldn't have bought a house anytime soon and I’m super great-full for her!

I would 10/10 recommend! !!

While searching for a new home I came across Luda. She is very professional and is experienced with the entire process of buying a home. If the property was not right for me she found others to view. But when we found the right one Luda was in the ball. She had vendor resources to contact with questions for services. And she always followed up with the entire buying process. As well as contacting the escrow and lender to help expedite all forms that were needed for the buying process. I am now the happy owner of a new house. Thanks to Luda. When you need to get it done in a hurry, Luda is there for you. I highly recommend her for your home needs.

Mom, 83, post Covid became a widower, 2021. Didn't know the first thing on how to go about selling her apartments she owned for over 40 years. The first day we meant Luda and her team of experts, she gave us this wonderful property profile. (A book.) A individual personalized book Luda made just for mom of clear instructions on sale comparable, property analytics, for our property. We needed an inspection, Plummer, pulling permits from the City making sure everything was permitted etc.. so many things to know and do. Luda had referrals. She corresponded with her team on a threadwith Ben, Bob,-KW, moms lawyer, accountant , management company. Escrow. Mom didn't know how to work her computer, so Luda came & sat with mom and helped her make copies. And brought paperwork for her to do a wet signatures. Instead of mom driving on the freeway to her office. Luda worked so very hard for us with great compassion during a difficult time in moms life.

It was so cold in December and January, our heater was broken beyond repair.. Luda had several referrals and boom we have a heater..With a great company. You always want to believe there are wonderful amazing honest people left in this world. That spells Luda! within less than 2 months- we sold the apartments! 1.6 million. Cash!

It's funny, we were so used to having Luda Do it all.. when she called to congratulate us on the sell We were so happy but sad as you don't want to let her go.. she makes you feel from the start like family. I know she'll always will be in my phone log. Under Ludamilla-fam💗

If you are interested in buying a home in California, Luda Phipps is the person you should call. She guided us through the real estate market in San Diego and helped us find a great place at a great price. She's always available by phone, email, text and went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but GOOD real estate agents are rare. If you are looking for an agent, then look no further! Whether this is your first home purchase, or you have bought several homes in your life, we all know how stressful the experience can be. I too have gone through several agents before I was referred to Luda from a friend of my sisters. She did more for me in 15 minutes than 3 agents did in a month! I was very frustrated with the lack of response time with other agents, especially in a seller’s market where you must act fast. My other challenge was that I live in the east coast and buying in the west coast. I would have never known there was a time difference with Luda. Talking with Luda was like talking to a friend and I was NOT just another business transaction. I appreciate how she involved my sister and welcomed her feedback. Doing video viewings of homes is not ideal but with Luda and my sister, I had nothing to worry about! I am so grateful for her assistance and would recommend anyone looking for a home to Luda. I work for a lender myself and help clients get into their home and it was nice to see someone who had the same dedication as I do.
