Luis founded Luis Vicente Realty Associates LLC in 2015 as a boutique real estate services organization located in the heart of South Florida. Broker Luis Vicente Pita moved to South Florida with his family from his native Uruguay over 20 years ago. As a broker with connections to international clientele, Luis is actively engaged with multiple clients from South and Central America who find investing in beautiful sunny South Florida to be an exciting and lucrative process. Luis began his real estate career 2 decades ago and has worked with local and international clients focusing on investments, rentals, and management of multiple properties in the South Florida area.
