Luiz Leonetti

Luiz has a warm, proactive, and responsible nature. He was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil and pursued a degree in business administration. Soon after graduating, Luiz stepped into the financial department of his family’s real estate and property management company but quickly transitioned into the real estate division.

Luiz’s passion for nature and personal development took him on a life-changing adventure overseas. In 2003 Luiz moved to Australia and joined Outward Bound as a Facilitator on wilderness programs. Luiz came to Asheville in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the mountains, the city, and the sense of community. Working as Regional Development Director for North Carolina Outward Bound School, Luiz orchestrated multiple fundraising events that benefited the teachers and students in the public schools.

While combining a solid business background and an undefeatable entrepreneurial spirit, Luiz is an easy communicator, stays focused on his clients' needs, and manages to bring creative solutions to the complexities inherent in real estate.
