About Luke

Luke Bruckner is an award-winning Realtor® with deep roots in the Madison area, where he was born and raised. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2006, he has consistently ranked among the Top 50 agents in the South Central MLS and was honored as Realtor® of the Year in 2011.

Raised in the Enchanted Valley neighborhood between Middleton and Cross Plains, Luke developed his love for real estate through hands-on work with his mother, who renovated and sold homes, and values instilled by his father: hard work, honesty, and the importance of deep knowledge.

Luke provides strategic marketing, professional staging guidance, and high-impact photography and videography for sellers—often creating an “auction environment” that generates multiple offers. As a Buyer’s Agent, he brings strong market insight, skilled negotiation, and attentive representation from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Luke is an outdoor enthusiast. A former semi-professional ski racer and coach, he still spends time on the slopes and is an avid water skier—often barefoot skiing at sunrise on Lake Waubesa. He also enjoys time at his family’s cabin in Manitowish Waters.

When Luke is not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors. Having ski raced semi-professionally for 13 years, he has been known to frequent the ski hills either coaching the local Blackhawk race team or racing himself. He also has a love of water skiing and many mornings Luke can be found on Lake Waubesa doing laps on his bare feet training for barefoot water ski competitions.

Luke’s accomplishments as a Realtor include being a Top Producer for Bunbury & Associates since he started in 2006 and being in the top 50 agents in the South-Central MLS and Realtor of the Year for 2011.
