Hello! I am Luke Hayward, a native Mainer who loves it here in Maine very much! I grew up In Bethel, Maine, in the mountains where I attended Gould Academy. I now live in Kennebunk with my lovely partner and 3 year old son. I have always enjoyed working with real estate and am very happy to be a part of helping families sell their homes for top dollar and find their next dream properties! Other than real estate, my experience and skill set consists of extensive knowledge in carpentry, home building, and home maintenance. This is extremely important for the real estate side of things as it gives me a well rounded and unique view of homes from the inside out benefiting my clients in that I know systems, functions, build quality, and more related to the home from the ground up. I have been enjoying doing sales for the last 5+ years. I find the negotiation process to be a skillset that I have mastered with confidence that I will get you the best price whether you are to buy or sell. I have also done a lot of work in the service industry and facilitating beautiful, seamless weddings in the Kennebunkport area. With that I have learned the class and standards it takes to work with top tier clientele and their needs. I strive to do my best every single day in all aspects of life. I take pride in caring for myself and others by making sure people are happy, heard, and helped in any way I possibly can. I am a dedicated, skillful, energetic, and hard working individual. Outside my career I live life to the fullest, whether that be hiking, skiing, or gardening I am always finding joy in nature.
