Luke Lumsden

Luke Lumsden is CEO and President for Unique Realty Consultants, Inc, responsible for both the long-term strategy and the daily operations of the company. Lumsden joined Unique Realty Consultants in 2006, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate and financial services management including owning Kaizen Mortgage, Inc and Express Contract Closers, LLC. Prior to joining Unique Realty Consultants, Luke had worked as a loan officer for MI Homes, Maronda Homes, US Bank and Huntington Bank. Lumsden earned his bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Management from Wilmington College and a MBA from Ashland University. He has held his broker’s license since 2008 and salesperson license since 2004. He holds the certification of Foreclosure Intervention Specialist (FIS) and is a notary.
