I grew up in the Midwest. Moved here in 2003 and was a construction and customer service rep for a large home builder. I then transitioned into sales in 2005 and never looked back. I've been selling in San Diego county since 2006 and have closed over 150 transactions. I help both buyers and sellers with anything they need with a focus on investment minded purchases/sales. I have become an expert in helping buyers and sellers add value to their homes through remodeling both very minor and major. I walk through the design process, hook you up with the best contacts, and help you through from start to finish. The intention is building equity and making the most out of your investment(even if your family will live there for the next 30 years).
