Luther Martin

The East Bay has always been home to Luther. He grew up riding my bike through the streets of Point Richmond, exploring its hills and attending Washington School. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a graduate of UC Santa Cruz, there was never a question that Luther would head back to the East Bay. It is a pleasure to share his hometown with his wife and son, having bought their first home in Point Richmond in 1998.

Luther’s love for the area inspired me to get my real estate license over twenty years ago and he has not looked back since. He loves all the diverse communities that the East Bay has to offer and looks forward to helping you find or sell your home or property.

A member of the Board of Realtors in good standing, Luther has managed over 175 successful transactions valued at over $100M. In 2021 he was ranked3 among the top 5% of agents in Richmond.
