While I did not use Lydia for the sale of my home she was able to refer me to an agent in our area. I appreciate her responsiveness, willingness to answer questions and the referral to an agent closer to our area. This was our first time selling a house and she was willing to run a rough comp for us to get an idea of what we could potentially ask for.
