I’m a licensed real estate broker serving the Triangle region of North Carolina, focused on modern and period-inspired homes and land opportunities for builders, developers, and investors.

My work is closely connected to residential construction and land development, which shapes how I evaluate property — from layout and materials to site orientation and long-term durability. That perspective carries through to how I price, position, and bring homes to market.

Many of the homes I represent are newly built or recently completed, designed with traditional architectural influence and modern construction standards. Buyers are often drawn to these homes for their character, efficiency, and overall quality.

In addition to residential listings, I work with builders and investors on both on- and off-market land opportunities throughout Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas.
