About Lydia

Lydia spent her formative years in a small, close-knit community in Canada. She enjoyed many of her adult years living in Calgary, Alberta near the Rocky Mountains and working as a Physical Therapist. It was during those years working as a PT that she had her first experience in Real Estate as a buyer acquiring her dream home.

When Lydia and her husband Kevin chose to relocate to Massachusetts, selling their first home was incredibly difficult after all the memories created there. Fortunately, that dream home was replaced with a beautiful century-old home on a lakefront in Massachusetts, surrounded by mother nature. Like something out of a magazine, their home had views of the lake, majestic trees, foggy mornings and wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, swans, herons and turtles.

Life there was glorious but isolating. It was during this period of self-reflection and future planning that Lydia’s opportunity to pursue Real Estate became a new focus, and Lydia and Kevin decided to relocate to Albuquerque. Those decisions laid out the perfect steps towards another chapter in life. New Mexico easily lived up to its slogan: 'The Land of Enchantment'.

As a Realtor®, Lydia serves both home-buyers and sellers and has consistently been a Top Producer. She has been a mentor to other Realtors®, led Real Estate Contract discussion groups, and is currently a member of a Realtor® Ethics Committee at the local Realtor® Association and a member of New Mexico Select, a group of Luxury Real Estate Specialists.

With a sincere dedication and desire to go above and beyond, Lydia provides excellent service to those on their home-hunting journey, those leaving a space they loved, as well as her Realtor® colleagues.
