About Lyn

Before becoming the broker/owner of Asheville Bulldog Realty, Lyn McFarland was Mayor of small village in South Florida, where he presided over City Council meetings and procured a grant to clean up the lake after hurricanes Katrina and Wilma and cast the tie-breaking vote to lower taxes. He also worked as a sales rep at a flooring company where he was able to procure contracts with major global accounts. Afterwards, in 2010, Lyn transitioned into real estate and became the top producing agent of 2010, 2011, and 2012 at his agency. Lyn is experience in short sales and foreclosures and continues to assist clients in buying and selling homes. He helps clients with staging and marketing to get optimal results in a challenging market.
