Lyn incorporates staging as part of her listing service in almost every listing, and most of her listings sell to the first person who walks in the door. She offers 20 years of experience as a real estate expert negotiator and is blessed with a successful track record of accomplishments with buyers and sellers in Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Uptown, Downtown and the Greater Dallas Area, Austin, and Houston, plus provides assistance across the U.S. She has a keen sense of what a buyer wants and can find that needle in a haystack.
Prior to beginning her real estate career in 2002, Lyn held corporate management roles including Finance Manager with a global technology company, as well as administrative and financial management roles at Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG LLP.
Lyn earned my B.A. in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, has had Accredited Buyer Representative training and Green Designation training, and has led several community service projects.
