A brief history of my background includes how a young man, born in Kingston, Jamaica, grew up in Brooklyn N.Y., went into the Marines (6 years, serving during Desert Shield and Desert Storm), worked with Law Enforcement as an Intelligence Specialist and Trainer for Crime Scene technology, ended up in the Real Estate Industry.
I have a B.A in Criminal Justice (John Jay College) and a M.S. in Management of Information Systems (Nova University). After many years working to catch the bad guys, I wanted to do something that in the end, people would be happy, say “Thank you” (criminals are not usually happy and never say thank you, lol) and hopefully, make a positive impact on people’s lives.
I ‘ve had my real estate license in since 1997 in N.Y. where I worked mostly with Investors. Relocating to Florida, I got my Florida license in 2008, where I work with Keller Williams on deals throughout South Florida. Besides work, I’m a family man, happily married to the same wonderful woman for 28 years. Father of 6, Grandfather to 6. I love German Shepherds, growing my garden of exotic Caribbean fruit trees/vegs/plants, martial arts, and watching horror movies. I also mentor and teach veterans on how to become successful Real Estate Investors.
Enough about me, it’s about you and how I can best assist you. Although I can tell you about my achievements, awards, etc. I don’t try to compete with other agents that go on about how many certifications they have, deals they’ve done, millions they sold, blah, blah, blah….
