Lynell Riggs

Lynell Riggs loves living in Las Cruces. She moved here over 25 years ago from the east coast when her parents retired. She finished high school and then attended New Mexico State University and attained two bachelor’s degrees.

A strong work ethic was instilled in Lynell at a young age having spent several years working in and managing her family’s fundraising business. They assisted schools and nonprofit organizations in achieving fundraising goals through product selection, customer-focused marketing plans, and program development. Lynell successfully managed a team of employees, coordinated logistics, and provided outstanding customer service.

Later, Lynell worked as a Registered Nurse at one of the local hospitals. She cared for families in the community as if they were her own. Nursing taught Lynell to be detail-oriented, organized, and attentive. These are important skills that she now uses in her Real Estate career.

Taking great care of people is what she does best. Lynell can professionally manage all aspects of the home buying and selling process through her hard work, integrity, and dedication to helping people.

Lynell and her husband have purchased, rehabbed, built, and sold many homes during their last 16 years of marriage. Being married to and working alongside a contractor gives Lynell valuable experience needed in the real estate industry. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and cooking for her husband and three children.
