She made things happen fast and carefully when she guided me in selling my home that was in a trust. she was always informative, helpful, and available. she paid attention to all the details through the process. I am truly happy to highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

Lynette has exceeded our expectations. Lynette has done 4 transactions for us. She is personable, professional and very good at her job. Each time it’s been very easy on our end. We had a low appraisal on one of our homes that she was able to get revalued at the selling price, (above asking) and even helped us move when we were in a pinch with a tight closing date.

I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Lynette when I was needing to sell my home. Because I was no longer living in the area, Lynette went above and beyond to make sure all necessary work was done on the house prior to putting it on the market. I could have never gotten all that accomplished so quickly working remotely. Even though this was a smaller house, I always felt she was working as hard as possible to get it sold putting in 110% effort. As a result of all this, we managed to get the house prepared, listed, and sold in record time. As I am writing this, I still cannot believe how quickly the whole process went, and it was solely because Lynette was on top of everything from the start.
