Lynn Burke

Lynn Burke is responsible for the management of various commercial, retail and residential assets within Intercontinental Management Corporation’s portfolio. Specifically, Ms. Burke is responsible for lease negotiations, tenant and unit owner relations, budget production, oversight of commercial tenant fit-ups, contract negotiations and supervision of building maintenance, management and leasing staff.

Prior to joining Intercontinental in 1989, Ms. Burke was previously employed with the The Flatley Company as an On-Site Rental Manager and with Metro Realty Corp. in Brookline as Rental Agent/Property Manager. Ms. Burke is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, a Notary Public and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and The Greater Providence Board of Realtors (GPBOR).

Ms. Burke earned her B.A. in Communications from Boston College.
