I cannot say enough good things about our experience of working with Lynn Bush as our realtor. She is caring, responsive, and tenacious. She really went above and beyond in helping us sell our house. She offered advice and solutions. She helped immensely with getting a problem solved that could have held up the sale of our home. We could not have asked for a better experience. It is my pleasure to write a positive review for Lynn Bush with Blueridge Realtors. Lynn was not the initial realtor we interviewed to sell our home but how she connected with us ended any further searches. We felt a great deal of confidence in Lynn achieving for us our home selling goals. I am very happy to report this confidence was not misplaced. We did in fact close the sale very happy with the results. Between the opening and closing, Lynn worked hard to negotiate the various items we felt important to the sale. This sweet high school friend of mine walked me through a 189-day journey that landed me at the front door of the house I'm ecstatic to call my home. I could write a book on how amazing Lynn is! She was my Realtor for the purchase of my home, as well as the sale of it. The sale was a doozy, but she stayed so professional and so positive throughout the entire thing and guided us through exactly what we needed to do to get to the closing table! She was always a phone call or a message away when we had questions or concerns. I have and will continue to recommend her to all of my friends! I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side!
