Lynn Chew is an accomplished real estate agent with an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. She has built her career on the principles of transparency, integrity, and the building of lasting relationships. Her goal is to use her passion for real estate to help others change their lives for the better.
Originally from Malaysia, Lynn relocated to the U.S. to attend college. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 with a degree in accounting and finance, she moved to the Bay Area and has been here ever since. She has lived in San Francisco, Millbrae, Milpitas, and now lives in Dublin.
As a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad Poor Dad, Lynn understands that financial literacy and stability play critical roles in people’s lives. Lynn has always been interested in real estate — especially in owning real estate properties and generating passive streams of income. So, after selling her first home in 2016, Lynn reinvested the funds and made a greater profit by flipping a property out of state. She also eventually became a buy-and-hold investor. Realizing that real estate is a sustainable way to build wealth, she decided to pursue a full-time career in the industry to help others achieve this kind of wealth for themselves.
Lynn received her license in 2017 and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, probate sales, and seniors. To that end, Lynn earned Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designations. Although Lynn is specially equipped to assist Mandarin- and Cantonese-speakers, she enjoys serving clients of all cultures.
Leading with the detail-oriented approach and stellar communication for which she is known, Lynn guides her clients with a gentle hand. Her unequivocal expertise, paired with her compassion and patience, earns Lynn more than just clients’ praise; it earns her rehires, referrals, and long-lasting relationships.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and hosting parties for her friends. She loves cooking and trying out new restaurants in the Bay Area.
