Lynn Christopher

Upon graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Lynn Christopher started her real estate career on the island of Nantucket in 1988. She excelled as a broker, and from 1990 - 1992 became the top selling residential agent on the isle, working with high-net-worth clientele in an upscale market. After building her own summer house, Lynn moved to New York City to further her real estate career.

She pursued brokerage by first working as a paralegal for a world class law firm, and then as an agent at a premier commercial brokerage company. After building a book of commercial clients, Lynn progressed into the title industry - participating in closing seven billion dollars of real estate transactions. She worked in this capacity with international financial institutions, global law firms, REITS and both national and local real estate developers.

With her broad range of experience in real estate, Lynn hopes to utilize her skills and knowledge base to promote her work in Fairfield County, as she transitions out of New York City.
